MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) Sales Manager EAME - Industrial, Mining, Oil & Gas sector

As MRO Sales Manager EAME, you will develop new customers in Industrial, Oil & Gas and Mining market sector. This includes:

• Identifying new opportunities and establishing long-term relationship with perspective clients.
• Working with an internal Supply Chain Solutions team who will assist you to set up an integrated logistic solution with service agreement.
• Developing strategic supply chain optimization projects to support client requirements;
• Taking the responsibility for the overall project within the selling cycle;
• Following up with prospects, target accounts and maintaining strong executive relationships;
• Working closely together and reporting to the Sales Director EAME.

• 5 to 10 years or more experiences in Industrial, Oil & Gas and Mining market sector with a detailed understanding of all levels of the MRO Supply Chain functionality;
• Excellent communication, listening and business development skills, a profile of a sales hunter;
• Unique Supply Chain creativity;
• Knowledge of maintenance processes from work order creation through the planning phase to work order execution;
• Experience in all phases of a industrial warehouse setting; including inventory management activities, material flows at the part level, supporting key customer initiatives required to support industrial environment;
• Material planning, sourcing, expediting, inventory management practices, and material consolidation processes needed to support industrial maintenance processes including preventative and predictive maintenance processes:
• Hands on understanding of the dynamics involved in sourcing of required materials for consumption based on demand generated by maintenance processes:
• Procurement experience in MRO supply chain is a plus:
• Fluent in English (other languages are assets).
